Important Notice to Users

Trading and investing in financial instruments involve risk. By accessing and using this platform, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these risks, and that you are solely responsible for your investment decisions. The products available through this platform including but not limited to equities, fixed income, exchange traded funds, mutual funds, spot precious metals, and listed equity options are subject to various key risks as described below.

Key Risks

1. General Investment Risk

All investments carry the risk of loss. Asset prices can rise or fall based on economic conditions, issuer performance, and broader market forces. There is no assurance of capital preservation or return.

2. Market Risk

The value of investments may be adversely affected by general economic and market conditions such as recessions, inflation, political instability, or changes in investor sentiment. These factors may cause volatility in securities invested.

3. Liquidity Risk

Certain instruments, especially fixed income or mutual funds, may have limited secondary market liquidity. This could result in delays or unfavourable pricing when exiting positions.

4. Credit Risk

Investment in security, particularly fixed income is subject to the risk that a borrower, issuer, or counterparty fails to meet its financial obligations which subsequently result in loss of principal, delayed payments, or reduced income. Credit downgrades or adverse news about an issuer may also cause a decline in the value of the securities, even before a default occurs. In extreme cases, recovery of invested amounts may be minimal.

5. Currency Risk

Investments denominated in currency other than the base currency are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. The value of proceeds from foreign securities, once repatriated and converted into the base currency, will depend on the prevailing exchange rate at the time of conversion. Adverse currency movements may diminish or eliminate investment gains, or increase the magnitude of losses, irrespective of the performance of the underlying asset.

6. Execution Risk

Platform usage is dependent on internet connectivity and system stability. Delays or outages may prevent timely execution. Orders may be executed at prices different from those displayed or intended, especially during volatile market condition.

7. Cybersecurity Risk

Trading via online platforms entails exposure to technological vulnerabilities, including system errors, cyberattacks, data breaches, and unauthorized account access. While best efforts are made to maintain security, users must also take responsibility for safeguarding their login credentials and devices.

8. Custody and Counterparty Risk

Assets are held with third-party regulated custodians. Although due diligence is exercised, operational failures, insolvency, or fraud by counterparties may result in partial or total loss of assets.

9. Regulatory and Legal Risk

Regulatory changes in ADGM or other jurisdictions may affect product availability, taxation, or the enforceability of your rights as an investor.

10. No Guarantee of Past or Future Performance

Past performance of any security, fund, or strategy does not guarantee future results. Market conditions can change, and outcomes may vary significantly from historical trends.

11. No Advice Provided

This platform does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Any information, tools, charts, or commentary provided are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a recommendation or personal advice under ADGM rules.
